In today's sharing session, we reviewed past training results and exchanged views on the future talent development system of Beiren.
"Talent first" is an important value that Jiangsu Beiren has always implemented. It is a management express plan that consolidates core qualities and combines training and training. The new talent training "Spark Plan" is the next step for Beiren to build a system of talent development.
